Cosplay Policy

Cosplay is fun and we would never want to limit what you can do. However, there is a time and a place for all things and we will do our best to cover those here.

  • Have fun. No really...HAVE FUN! If you don't intend to have fun please don't come. We are all about cosplay and having a blast, so this has to be first on the list.

  • Make sure you can be mobile. If you have a cosplay that keeps you from moving around this can be a hassle for other con-goers as well as yourself. If you want to do something big, make sure to have friends that can help you move it around.

  • If you want to do that crazy sexy cosplay, that's cool...but not to everyone. We will have events for that and when those events open we ask that you stay covered until you enter that event.

  • All 18+ events require you to show ID at the door. Please make sure to have it available and accessible if you plan to attend. Thank you!

 Weapons Policy

  • Weapons must be "peace bound".  This should be done when you register, if not before registration.  A peace bond is a very visible lock or tie (usually a zip-tie) on a realistic looking weapon to make clear to security and to police that it is not intended to be used for violent purposes.

  • No projectile weapons can be used.  This includes, but is not limited to:  water pistols, silly-string guns, nerf guns, and ping-pong pistols.  You may have them on your person as a photo prop, but you may not shoot them.

  • All bladed weapons must be cased or sheathed at all times. If the blade can cut something it MUST be put in your room.  NO EXCEPTIONS

  • No explosives or chemicals of ANY kind including, but not limited to: smoke powder, sparklers, and fireworks.

  • Don’t bring anything that would annoy another attendees or set us up for a crazy lawsuit.

  • No real swords, guns, or any other type of authentic weapons!

  • Basically, just don’t annoy anyone.  Fun is great, but if you're bothering someone, you kill their fun.
