Thank you for your interest in our dealer's room. Please read ALL the information below before continuing.
Purchasing a table does Not Guarantee a spot in our Dealer's Room. We will review each 'purchase' individually. If you are selected you will receive a receipt for your purchase. If you are not, you will receive a refund.
This process is to ensure that we have a varied and interesting dealer's room as well as to protect dealers from competing with too many other sellers carrying similar products. That being said, we cannot guarantee exclusivity on product or service either.
Set up will begin on Thursday before the event and must be completed on Friday by the time the room opens (11:00am). If you are not at the show &/or do not contact us by Friday at 9:00 am your table will be filled and no refund will be issued.
Dealers room will open for sales: Friday 11:00 am - 6:00 pm, Saturday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm, Sunday 11:00 am - 2:00 pm.
Each booth space comes with two passes and one 6x3 table.
If you get a double booth you will receive 4 passes, if you get a triple booth you will receive 6 passes.
No additional free passes will be given beyond what is listed above.
If you need more passes they are available for purchase on our Pre-Registration page or at the registration tables during the event at regular price.
We have a limited amount of space, if you didn't get a table in time we have a waiting list. To be added to this list please select the Waiting List in the drop down box.
There are no refunds. If you sign up for a table, then find out you cannot make it, no refund will be issued. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you cannot make it to the convention please let us know so that we can fill the spot.
If you are unable to make it, please let us know so we can see about getting your into the dealers room the following year.
We have attempted to take good care of our dealers in the past. We have every intention of doing that again this year. Please trust that this process is for the benefit of everyone involved.

Sabrina here, your friendly neighborhood table coordinator. I know the map above looks different, so I'll cut to the chase.
We sent out a survey for our 2018 convention, and do you know what the #1 thing the people liked at our convention? The Dealers Room!
And do you know the #1 suggested request for 2019? More dealers...
We would like to add four-ish more tables to the room, but I can't make the room physically bigger than it already is, so here's what we've got:
We will still have 10x10 spaces available. Some of you utilize your space to the fullest. If you have shelves, racks, stands, and require the customers come into your booth to see everything you have, the 10x10 is for you.
We have also added some 6x10 spaces (which we are able to fit a couple more of in the room than before). These are for the artisan that sells from behind their tables and everything is presented out front. Perfect for artists, crafters of small goods, and those with less inventory. If you line everything up in front of you for shoppers to see, this is the booth for you.
